HB 1634: Stop Agenda 21 and ICLEI in New Hampshire (http://www.votervoice.net/core.aspx?AID=972&Screen=alert&IssueId=27261&APP=GAC&SiteID=2&VV_CULTURE=en-us)

On Friday, January 20, 2012, House Bill 1634 (http://www.gencourt.state.nh.us/legislation/2012/HB1634.html) was introduced, read, and referred in the New Hampshire State Legislature. Bill HB 1634 would prohibit the state, counties, towns, and cities from implementing programs of, expending money for, receiving funding from, or contracting with the International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI), also known as ICLEI -- Local Governments for Sustainability.

ICLEI was founded in 1990, as the ‘International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives,’ at the World Congress of Local Governments for a Sustainable Future, held at the United Nations in New York City. According to its website, ICLEI describes itself as “an association of over 1220 local government Members who are committed to sustainable development.” Spanning over “70 different countries and representing more than 569,885,000 people,” ICLEI facilitates local governments in the implementation of United Nations' Agenda 21.

The United Nations’ Agenda 21 was the name given to the UN’s official program on ‘sustainable development’ that was first unveiled, as a 1,000 page report, at the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED), also known as the Earth Summit, held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on June 3-14, 1992.

Maurice Strong, the Secretary-General of the United Nations 1992 Earth Summit had this to say about sustainable development: “Current lifestyles and consumption patterns of the affluent middle class — involving high meat intake, use of fossil fuels, appliances, home and work air conditioning, and suburban housing — are not sustainable.”

Since Agenda 21 was not an official treaty it did not require ratification by the U.S. Senate and has instead penetrated the American heartland and coastal regions through the aforementioned ICLEI organization.

Agenda 21 supports a communitarian/communist policy of wealth distribution and the erosion of private property rights in order to achieve what it calls the preservation of “open space.”

The reason for this disregard for private property rights is due to the United Nation’s view on private property. According to “Section 11.2.3.1.3 Property rights and the use of biological resources” of Global Biodiversity Assessment (1996), published for the United Nations Environment Programme: “Property rights are not absolute and unchanging, but rather a complex, dynamic and shifting relationship between two or more parties, over space and time.”

This interpretation of property rights is a far cry from the Founding Fathers. President George Washington said, “Private property and freedom are inseparable.” His successor, President John Adams said, “The moment the idea is admitted into society that property is not as sacred as the law of God, and that there is not a force of law and public justice to protect it, anarchy and tyranny commence.”

If Agenda 21 is fully implemented it will eventually terminate your right to own property; and once that fundamental right is lost tyranny is able to flourish. Your ability to live the lifestyle you desire, your freedom to pursue and reach the American dream of owning a large home and raising a family, and the means to travel as you see fit are all at jeopardy so long as your local government adheres to the principles and protocols of Agenda 21 and sustainable development.

You can help Stop Agenda 21 and ICLEI in New Hampshire; Contact your State Representative and State Senator (http://www.votervoice.net/core.aspx?AID=972&Screen=alert&IssueId=27261&APP=GAC&SiteID=2&VV_CULTURE=en-us) and encouraging them to vote YES, in favor, of HB 1634.

I can understand why you don't have contacts with them. They don't share many JBS views, that's why they're not pro-border, anti-immigrant, nor do they particularly buy JBS's NWO conspiracy theories.

Obviously, the FSP is only involved in activism at it relates to recruiting people to join the FSP or move to NH. After all, it is just a bus and the president of the FSP is just a bus driver. However, 2 of the NH State Reps that sponsored this bill, including the primary sponsor, are Ron Paul endorsing State Reps. In fact, at least one of them was a local Ron Paul leader.

The next event is the Public Hearing: 3/13/2012 10:00 AM LOB 301. Honestly, the bill doesn't seem like that big of a deal as it is just to create a committee. However, there is a chance I'll testify at the hearing. Please remind me with your favorite link or something, why is Agenda 21 so bad?

What was the personal attack and lie?

- You don't know me.
- The JBS has members in the Free State Project.
- The JBS is against Illegal Immigration (so is Ron Paul (http://www.lewrockwell.com/paul/paul314.html)).
- Organizations aren't required to agree 100% on every issue to work together.

I question your motives, onlyrp. You're trying to create conflict where no conflict should exist. This is a divide and conquer technique you're using.

The NH Tea Party Coalition, formed out of the legit movement of 2007, is working on this issue daily.

Anyone who thinks ignoring this as a 'conspiracy theory' will make it go away is delusional.

NH has 9 Regional Planning Commissions and they work to install HUD values in our towns to the detriment of local control.

They are unelected out of control bureaucrats.

The working group for NHTPC's regionalism project is here:

If you do move to NH, please hook up with nhtpc@nhteapartycoalition.org and join the fight.
Although the FSP doesn't direct political activities many of their members are helping us with this.
