I think that 2 actors did the particular scene when he gets pushed, and they just replaced their heads with Ron Paul and Rick Santorum. The suits look different.

Exactly. It was actually very well done. Like I posted earlier I think Jay Leno likes RP. This little skit highlighted Ron Paul and denegrated Santorum. For Ron it let him broadcast his message that Santorum is a fake fiscal conservative. The aggression from Santorum I believe alludes to his aggressive handshake after the debate and emphasizes that he has a thin skin under pressure.
