If only all of New York State was that easy :--)

We have a lot of work to do -- especially downstate.

For liberty,

I live in western New York and Ron Paul is very popular. I have trouble finding anyone the doesn't like him. It's the eastern part of the state that that is very modern liberal. Most of us in the west actually want to split from the east.

I can't speak for the rest of the state, but I know through (too much) past experience that New York City has a majority of voters who seem to believe that the trap door to hell will open beneath their feet if they should ever pull anything but the Dem levers in the voting booth. For that reason, I'm not too optimistic about getting many D to R crossover votes here. I hope I'm wrong, but that's my honest opinion. However, I think we stand an excellent chance with those identifying as Independents.
