It has become apparent that debates are mandatory. They allow candidates to put themselves out there without media control, manipulation and spin (other than debate moderation).

After several weeks with no debates, the media had full control to spin it as they wanted, especially the neo-conservative hosts. It showed how they can slowly grind and brainwash the masses. They would have had Santorum cruising to the nomination if it wasn't for this debate.

Very True. Hopefully disaster averted.

I was just thinking what bad news it is that this was the last debate. Good thing it was one of Paul's best.

We needed a jolt and hopefully this was it. Now let's win Washington. Looking forward to seeing the bump in Facebook likes tomorrow...

This should last us a couple of weeks, at least until Super Tuesday. But the media will rewrite the narrative after that without any more debates.

Do you guys think that the March 19th debate will still happen or will they cancel that as well? I personally think they are waiting until Super Tuesday to see who wins some states.

Seems that the candidate who has the most to loose gets vetted and ousted. The debates don't seem to do the frontrunner any good that's for sure.

bump for truth!

the debates are a way to fight for the message... and you have to fight to get it out.

Without debates Perry would be the next president.
