I worked up some metrics based on a poster's spreadsheet that looks at changes between the Maine GOP's initial and corrected numbers. Based on that

79 of 437 precincts had their values changed for one or more columns. That's an 18% error rate.

AT LEAST 18% OF PRECINCTS IN MAINE WERE MISREPORTED!

We need to embarrass the Maine establishment with this and get the word out. They should be shamed.

Wow. Add that to the 17% that weren't even counted, and what do you have?

Additionally, I read that at least some of the precincts weren't checked since they couldn't be reached. The number is likely even higher than that.

They're going to get away with it this time, as they have for two centuries. You young people, don't forget it. You will be able to change it, if you are determined.

I've worked data entry before. A 1% error rate for an important job means you may be FIRED. 99.7% or even up to 99.9% will get you in a decent position. Something like 99.95% is what a good data entry clerk can do. 82% on any job means you're going to be fired immediately, no question about it.

Let me get in touch with the Maine Gop to get a reliable answer to that.

Well, they just called back........the answer is 5%.

It's typical to be promoted to your highest level of incompetence. I think he's already there...
