Some missing logic?

Paul’s speech was based mainly around the economy and balancing the budget. He spoke many times about his promise to cut $1 trillion from the national debt within his first year in office. Paul made the point that he is anti-income tax by saying that “We ought to have the ability and the right to keep the fruits of our labor.” He did not go into how he would cut the deficit without taxes except to say we have to understand “limited taxation.”

Although Ron Paul isn't cutting $1 trillion from the debt. He's cutting $1 trillion from federal spending.

RP needs to tweak his economic message a little to take into account the rising stock market. Most people will think that means the economy is improving, but I think (and so does RP per one of his recent statements on a TV interview) it is due to expanding credit which will lead to price inflation down the road, hurting the poor and middle class once again.
