I have seen Gen. Wesley Clark's name tossed around a lot as someone who might serve in a Ron Paul administration so I was wondering what do you guys think of the ideas in this article he penned?

I live in Hawaii and we are ready to go solar, it would pay for its self in less then five years. the problem is getting approved by the one power company for a grid connected system.
