Aren't there still a few more caucuses to go?
If we can put a ton of effort into those few areas to get out vote, and try and get as many people to go as possible, we could possibly take first, as the margin is close enough

Its a long shot, but its possible

there are still 92 precincts to go.

Win by 3 votes in each of those and it's a Paul win.

The people who make these projections are statistics wizards. I've never, ever known them to be wrong once they've made a projection.

No. The caucuses after February 11 are not participating in the straw poll.

Ok so we still "lost". As far as the delegates go...did we still beat romney by a large margin?

Really? I remember when both Bush AND Gore had both WON at different points on network newscasts in 2000.

Apparently you weren't alive yet in 2000.

Only one I can think of is the Gore Bush 2000 in FL.

Perception is reality.

Even if it turns out we won when the late-caucus results come in, we still lose. There are varying degrees of Ron Paul supporters, and those without a serious backbone are ready to quit without a win soon.

IMO, the results are BS. You can't claim a winner when the difference is 194 votes and 16% of the state hasn't even caucused yet. That's just stupid.
