Granted US media has been covering Iran's internal affairs for a long time too to stoke tension between Iran and Saudis or Iran and Israelis but is this proper role of foreign media?

'Racist prejudices interwoven in US policy'
US police killing of an unarmed black teen has raised concerns about the racist attitude of US law enforcement officers and sparked large street protests particularly among African-Americans.
Ramarley Graham died on Thursday Feb. 2 after Richard Haste, a New York police officer, chased him to his grandmother’s apartment, kicking the door open and shooting him in the chest.
The police officer claimed that the teenager was attempting to flush a bag of marijuana down the toilet when he shot him.
Author and human rights activist, Fredrick Alexander Meade, joins Press TV to share his opinions on the issue of the escalating US police brutality.
What follows is an approximate transcript of the interview.
Press TV: Links are being made in this case to the NYPD’s [ New York City Police Department] stop and frisk program, that was mentioned in our report as well.
Do you agree that this program is in itself too aggressive and even more is discriminatory?
Meade: Well, absolutely, as you mentioned in the introduction, last year you had half a million stopped and frisked, 85 percent of which were black and Latino people.
