I love Wyoming. Being from Houston, I always thought to myself that I would one day love to have a summer property in Wyoming.

Yes in a way. The precinct caucuses will conduct a straw poll and elect delegates to the county convention. However, most of the delegates at the county convention were people elected as Precinct Committeemen/women in August 2010.

We might have a strong showing in the straw poll but winning delegates will be very tough.

Also, there are 23 counties (12 electing actual delegates while 11 electing alternate delegates). The 3 counties we did best in 08 are electing alternate delegates this year, which doesn't help.

No official campaign organization. Its all grassroots.

State is under the radar because almost all media outlets and even some political experts think the caucuses are only on March 6-10, when the actual delegates to the national convention are awarded.
