He is saying that Obama is copying what they did in Mass, and he is "happy about that".

How can he say he is against Romneycare at the federal level if he is happy about it when Obama is doing it?

Too much dramatic effects that I can't even follow the damn ad. Good info but very badly done. I think the whole 'effects' distract people. Perry sucks :)
