I'm trying to get my head around why turnout is so low. When Paul goes to a campaign event, what does the campaign do to ensure those people vote?

Do they get people registered on the spot? Do they get their contact info and give them a call (even a robo-call) a couple hours before the caucus?

Also, I've seen a few of Paul's campaign speeches, and he hardly ever actually asks for people to vote. Why not? I'd like to see him tell people how to get involved. I think he should include a plea for votes and a plea to help with the campaign, go to meetups and canvas. A lot of people just go and think 'Wow, that was a cool speech', and then forget about it. We need to find a way to get them working right then and there.
