Ok, been doing this for a while in other caucus states and seemed to really help GOTV. We have LOTS of people outside the state in the PFH Program and lots inside gathering voters. Twitter seems to target the demographic where we have the largest acceptance ... internet users and young people. Marketing 101 ... hitting people with various forms of advertising multiple times = greater impact.
