All of these sets of numbers are estimates. The Greenpapers is the best, least biased of the bunch. But still, they're all just estimates.

But the soft delegate pledge is telling, it means there can be massive movement of delgates until they are flipped to hard further down the line.

Which states have determined who the individuals are who will be at the RNC?

Iowa? No.
New Hampshire? Yes.
South Carolina? No.
Florida? No.
Nevada? No.
Minnesota? No.
Colorado? No.
Missouri? No.

So we have ONE state out of EIGHT who have decided who the actual individuals attending the RNC as delegates are.

Only 3 of the "No" States delegates will be bound, and at least one of them can vote to unbind.
