IA: No delegates awarded yet

NH: Mitt - 7, Ron - 3, Huntsman - 2

SC: Newt - 23, Mitt - 2 ????

FL: Mitt - 50 ????

NV: ????? are they binding like NH? or is it like IA?

NV has a seperate convention you will not find out the actual delegate counts from there, only estimates. Huntsman's delegates dropped out and its up to them if they go to Romney or stay unbound until the convention.

What you list so far is correct.

NV is binding. According to reporters who tweeted the final results, they say it's:

Romney - 14, Gingirch - 6, Paul - 5, Santorum - 3

Also, there are superdelegates who are automatic delegates to the national convention who have backed certain candidates. Those numbers are:

Romney - 15, Gingrich - 3, Paul - 1, Santorum - 1

Nevada's delegate counts are binding to the February 4 precinct caucus votes. The actual people who will become delegates will not be known until the State Convention, but we know how the National Convention delegates will be allocated.

Huntsman still has time to choose who his 2 delegates in New Hampshire are going to be. He will no doubt ask his slate of candidates which ones will back Romney and select two who say they will. However, those 2 delegates are still technically unbound but I doubt Huntsman will choose 2 delegates who will not promise to Huntsman that they will back Romney.

If you allocate proportionally:

Romney 14
Gingrich 6
Paul 5
Santorum 3

That's how the reporters listed them but it could change a bit because no one knows the exact rounding rules.

For every 1/28 of the vote, a candidate gets 1 delegate. For Gingrich to get 6 delegates, he had to have gotten 6/28=21.429% of the vote but the final results show that he only got 21.10% of the votes.
