Be careful if your thinking about buying your child a toy kid size vehicle, they may need a driver license to operate that big boy. Apparently driving your Power Wheels without a license in Mexico is a big offense. A 6-year-old boy in Ciudad Juarez was ticketed for reckless driving when his toy child size motorcycle hit a full size SUV.

Karla Noriega says her son Gael was ticketed and his toy motorcycle was impounded after he accidentally crashed it into a full size vehicle. There of course was no damage done to the SUV, however police felt the young boy committed some major traffic violations including reckless driving. It was the wrong day to drive your toy on the wrong side of the law.

In addition Gael was sited for driving without a license and not having his toy Power Wheels motorcycle registered. Police impounded his toy until Noriega pays $183 in fines for his offense. Since police have dropped all fines and violations after heat from local media.

Desperate for cash?

That's what I was thinking. They were starved, so they cite a little kid for driving a toy without a license. Cracks me up.
