What is this "Economic Press Conference" today?

I'm headed to the economic press conference and rally today, but I'm wondering what exactly it is? Why is it being called a press conference? Is Ron Paul expected to announce something? I assume this is open to the public even though it's a press conference, correct?

Okay, so the difference between a press conference and rally would be that something special usually happens? e.g. endorsement, announcement, etc.

Press conferences are usually called for some sort of announcement. I have no idea what will happen at this one though.

If he doesn't say social security and medicare and veterans benefits are not cut -- be sure to ask that question!!

if he doesnt give the numbers in "per american" than make sure we do when we talk to people..... havent done the numbers crunching... but we areat like 125,000 per person on the debt? he wants to remove like 25,000 this year and the rest want to raise it ONLY 5,000 a year (those numbers are made up.... but you can crunch the math... i have to leave for work : ( )
