We arrived at the Renaissance Hotel where the rally was at 10:15am, 1hr 45 mins before the noon start time. There were already about 25 people in front of us, so we sat in the third row. Initially we wanted the front row in the right center aisle but they were reserved.
There were 1000-1200 people in attendance, with many having to stand in the back. The five sections of seats were all filled by 11:40am. Ron Paul spoke for 30 minutes and then signed autographs and shook the hands of some supporters. I tried to get close but I didn't get to personally meet him but it just makes me want to attend another rally for him in the near future.
The first few video clips are shot with my camcorder while the later lower resolution clips were shot with my cell phone.
Meanwhile, I learned that Rick Santorum was also in Colorado today (1/31/12) (Lone Tree) down the street from where I live giving a speech at a private golf club. I saw the pictures of the turnout lol - 100 people.
