Go back now if you're still hoping we can upset Santorum for 3rd. This was conducted at various precincts by the grassroots.

Romney: 43%
Newt: 29%
Santorum: 16%
Paul: 9%

Sample: 220 voters.

Among those who listed "fox news" as their primary source for news, Ron got 2%. That was a plurality.

Well, studies show that FOX viewers are the most uninformed, so that does not surprise me in the least.

What percentage listed Fox as their primary news source?

The difference between 9% and 10% is huge. I'll only be slightly disappointed if we finish in the single digits.

I believe it. He campaigned there a week and left because his daughter was in the hospital (he'd actually been going to leave anyhow, he'd said but that was how it was written up) Ron hadn't campaigned there at all.

It is unfortunate going into the next states, but there it is. No delegates turn on that and it was a strategic decision.

If Ron wins in Maine, it will have been worth it. Technically if he wins even one more delegate than he would have it would have been worth it, but perception is unfortunately important, too.

I think they expect 2 million to vote. If 19,057,542 vote, Paul would probably win.

Well that was pointless as 78.7% can't vote in the Republican primary.

The last released figures thru Dec 2011 was:-

Registered Republicans - 4,061,224
