ActBlue, a non-profit political committee who describes themselves as “the online clearinghouse for Democratic action,“ has waged war on a group of Republican legislators who they label ”the Tea Party Ten” via their own “CREDO” SuperPAC. The “Take Down the Tea Party Ten” campaign is aiming to collect donations to help take down 10 members of Congress, naming the frist six Monday; Reps. Sean Duffy (R-Wis.), Steve King (R-Iowa), Allen West (R-Fla), Joe Walsh (R-Ill.), Frank Guinta (R-N.H.), and Chip Cravaack (R-Minn.) The CREDO fundraising page at ActBlue.com reads:

“These Tea Party extremists in Congress have spent the last year attacking women, science and the very notion of equality under the law.

Their racist, sexist, anti-science, hypocritical, corrupt and downright crazy actions and beliefs make them unfit to serve in Congress.

We need your help to take them down.”

In a release Monday, the group said that the CREDO SuperPAC’s 11,000 donors are second to only Stephen Colbert’s SuperPAC.

“We’re talking about some of the most odious members of Congress. Even for Republicans these guys are low,“ said Campaign Manager Matthew ”Mudcat” Arnold in a statement. “We’re going to empower local activists to organize their friends and neighbors to lay out the truth about their representatives in the most basic terms: They are anti-woman. They are anti-science. They are hypocritical, bigoted, and have said and done things that are downright crazy. They’ve done more to embarrass their constituents then they have to govern or work toward solutions. They are unfit for congress, and we’re going to help their constituents hold them accountable.”

Meh, are any of those guys really any good in the first place?

Maybe on domestic issues but I'm sure they all suck on foreign policy and overseas spending.

I don't really care for these 6 although Walsh did vote against the NDAA.

I'll be curious to see who the other 4 are.. If they also target Amash they are huge hypocrites, and if they target Paul they're also plain stupid as he's not running for reelection.

I sort of hope they also go after Bachmann, although her being attacked by liberals might help her.

MN got redistricted. Last I heard the congressman they list above (Cravaack) and Bachmann ended up being in the same district. That's gonna be bloody now that she has decided to run again.
