Sen. Ron Wyden Schools Obama

The Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA) is more dangerous than SOPA or PIPA; Obama wants bypass Congress and enact it as an executive agreement.

I'm beginning to think he went to school for Constitutional Law just to figure out how to dismantle it.

The law does not ban legal imports of generic drugs. I invite anybody to show me the section of the treaty where it does.

I do disagree with a treaty being ratified without the "advice and consent" of the Congress.
