I've seen this site before, but nice find. Notice that the default "very close" option shows both the GOP and the Dems with 6 fragile states each, the former's being worth 73 electoral votes and the latter's 69. Of those, however, how many do you think are trending Democrat compared to '04, and how many Republican? I would say Ohio and the three close mountain states of NM, NV, and CO for the D's, but none for the R's. Since Ron Paul has so much of his base in the interior west, I think he'd be that much more of a problem for, say, Hillary in the general election, since he'd be the anti-war, pro-gun rights, pro-civil liberties, federalist candidate, and that seems to resonate out there.
