What if everyone wrote a story that led to their ROn Paul support, or reflect on Ron Paul and we put it all together into one book that can be sold on Lulu.com or a freely downloadable PDF

You can really highlight testimoney from Paul wide base show how far his reach actually is.

this is a good idea.

in the world of investing, i'm a fan of vanguard and its founder John Bogle. A group of prominent Bogle followers did this exact thing, and wrote a book about the Vanguard way of investing: A Boglehead's Guide to Investing. It's basically the same thing propose here, a book written by supporters that's an intro to a topic/person.

Just goes to show it's possible. Great idea.

I'm in. If this gets going I will write my story and send it to whoever, and I won't worry about any of the legalities or whatever. You can just put anonymous for the name or whatever for all I care to keep things simple and easy.

One drawback on this someone will have to edit all the stories because most people suck at writing lol. I'm fine, but most people are not.

i would envision it, partly, as at including an overview of dr. paul's positions.

We'll make it a wiki, that way people can edit each others stories for grammer

We can make each chapter issue oriented. As in I switched to Ron Paul because of taxes, war, constitutional issues etc.

yep, write whatever you want here at teh WIKI http://ronpaulwiki.wikispaces.com/

which once it has enough material we can see about making it into a exaustive book

Yeah the book could have a chapter for each issue with people talking about how it brought them to Paul if that was why, and it could have a chapter just for people telling their stories of how they got involved if it doesn't fit into one of the other chapters. And maybe we could have one chapter for stories about promoting and volunteering stories too? I'm sure some people have some funny stories to tell about stuff thats happened while they have been volunteering for Paul.

I have already taken the lead on this--and invested a lot of funds into it. See,

http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthread.php?t=33524&highlight=Book

Notable authors/columnists have already agreed to participate. Lt. Karen Kwiatkowski, Jacob Hornberger, Dr. Walter Block--and others.
If you have a submission, send it to RonPaul1027@yahoo.com

I've put a lot of work into this already, and will continue to for the next month or two--I feel that rather than having someone write a biography about Ron Paul, his supporters could do it better. No one can monumentalize (not a word) this man like we can--because he truly is our hero.

More to come: Send those articles to me.

Why don't we simply blog as individuals at ronpaulspace.com? Then all the blogs will be a collective record at the end.

well, how about we start wiki at least so we can start compiling the testimony.

I think that is a great idea - nothing like a testionial to sway people!
