LePage would be good for the republican vote, but not independents who could register at the caucus if they wanted to. It's not going to be Snowe or Collins, that's for sure.

That's the only article I can find that says it was an endorsement. Revolution PAC said it was not an endorsement and there has been no press release from the campaign itself.
