We so have the ability to end despotism and totalitarianism around the world should we want too, but of course since despotism and totalitarianism is alive and well in the governments and politics of most so-called free countries there is not even any discussion of this.

Not only would free trade instead of sanctions and embargo's be much better for the citizens of a despotic country, free, libertarian nations led by the USA could fairly easily establish global sea, air, and space military superiority over said countries (no invasions/occupations) with the aim of mass distributing simple communication devices, supported by satellites, and simple handguns/ammo and possibly food/medical supplies to the population at large. Enough to give them the tools to overthrow the dictators if they so wish.

But no, we have our own psychopathic wanna-be dictators to deal with first.

What is the difference between "country-specific censorship" and flat out "Censorship"? I'll tell you. The only difference is the persons name who is deciding what to censor.
