Im an Anarcho Cap, but in regards to the small govt folks, if the local govts should provide the basic services (police, fireman, road and infrastructure) should those services be privatized?

Is Public/Private partnership more preferable or efficient than solely Public Service?

yeah that is interesting. if you are a mini by definition you want these services publicized. Do any minis support privatizing these at all?

Police, no. But a small govt would mean sheriffs, deputies, and constables. Not some donut eating 100k yr "officer" trolling main street. You want your property protected, higher your own damn guards and install a frkn alarm. Stop shifting your burden onto me.
Fireman, again, you want it pay for it yourself, individual with competition. Do we have floodmen? No, you get a cleanup crew.

Fire insurance marks were lead or copper plaques embossed with the sign of the insurance company, and placed on the front of the insured building as a guide to the insurance company's fire brigade. They are common in the older areas of Britain's and America's cities and larger towns. They were used on the eighteenth and nineteenth century in the days before municipal fire services were formed
The services would not be privatized by the government, they would simply not exist for those who did not want them.
Guards will exist for business who believe it worthwhile.
Alarm monitoring company, fire insurance, etc... roads may be tricky, but there are ways for this as well.
