I'm not sure its small news to beat Rudy. This poll moves very slowly and Dr. Paul has been behind Rudy pretty much since the beginning of the poll (more than 6 months ago), so I think it is fantastic news!

There is also the official politics app from Facebook. According to it, Ron Paul is dominating the Republican field with 34% (37664 supporters)

There is a great breakdown of the demographics of supporters. For example:

22% of female and 36% of male Republicans support Paul.

34% of 18-24, 36% of 25-34, 32% of 35-49, and 40% of >49 yr old Republicans support Paul.

Paul gets 23% of the supporters from Iowa (second to Romney with 29%),
24% of the supporters in South Carolina (beats out Thompson at 23%),
and 34% of New Hampshire supporters (Romney in second with 32%).

Paul pulls the lead with 36% in both New York and California.
