Pro-Paul Super PAC "Endorse Liberty" buying YouTube commercial ads?

I was randomly looking at various videos about Rand Paul's TSA detainment from the other day, and before a video on ABC News's official YouTube channel, a 13 minute advertisement in support of Ron Paul, featuring various videos created throughout the campaign by various groups, including the campaign. Another person got a shorter 15 second version.

A 15 or 30 second ad would be good, but I cannot see the reasoning behind a 13 minute ad. Heck, I wouldn't watch a 13 minute ad if I was trying to watch another video. Seems a little foolish to me. I wonder if they have done any market research as to the effectiveness of the ads.

I got the 13 minute video as an ad also.. It was too long for me to watch then, but it was intriguing enough for me to want to save it to watch later. (but I'm already a supporter anyway)
