From the West Michigan for Ron Paul 2012 facebook group:

I just got back from a U.S. senate debate in Zeeland. One of the many other questions they were asked was, who you would vote for in the primary? One was in between Paul and Santorum, two were totally undecided, one was for Santorum, and two were for Ron Paul…. Looks like Ron Paul wins!!! ;)

That's Paul 2 1/2, vs Santorum 1 1/2, vs 2 undecided.

According to later comments...

Pete Hoekstra, a possible favorite, was one for Ron Paul, a Dutch Christian (which means he's similar to MUCH of west MI area population in this respect), Was 2nd district House of Rep for Michigan which I pretty sure included the Zeeland area at the time, so this would be his home territory he said this!

The other was Scott Boman, Detroit area, (has been supporting Ron Paul), and is probably the most similar to Ron Paul in this race.

That's love from BOTH sides of the mitten.

just do a google search for "Pete Hoekstra Mitt Romney" You can see either he has had a change of heart or is just another liar

here is an article that sort of explain things. I still thing Pete is probably just another washington hack

And what about that dumb super bowl ad?

Hoekstra is absolutely in no way someone Ron Paul fans should get excited about. Voted for all the bailouts, patriot act, etc.

Indeed, we should support other liberty minded candidates such as Peter Konetchy (http://www.peterkonetchy.com/)
