I know there was a lot of talk about dead people, but what about Democrats?

Just think about it.. In 2008 McCain and Huckabee battled it out for 280,000 votes which made up roughly 60% of the vote.

In 2012, first and second was between 411,000 votes and made up roughly 70% of the vote...

I mean, there wasn't a Democratic Primary so what's to say that 100,000+ Dems didn't go out and vote for Gingrich/Romney?

This is the same "conservative" state where Romney got less than 70,000 votes in the last election.

Wouldn't a more liberal/moderate leaning presence explain why he and Gingrich did so well?

If I were an Obama supporting Democrat and wanted to be sure my candidate would win, I would vote for Santorum.

Just my opinion. Your opinion sounds just as valid as mine however.
