I just noticed that California rules were changed so that the Republican primary is winner take all by Congressional District and there are 53 Districts. This is good news. Ron Paul can certainly win some of the California Districts. :D

Does anyone know what other States do this? I always thought it was winner take all by the entire State.

It'll be great too if Tom McClintock would endorse Ron Paul.

I just found information on the Texas delegates. They are also allocated according to District. See this article:

Does anyone know of how any other state does it? :confused:
