How to get GOP votes in Primary? - Confused

So all this internet attention is great for Ron Paul!! But my wondering is how is the Ron Paul campaign going to get the people who control the GOP and therefore the votes he needs to win the primary to switch to Ron Paul?

Maybe I just don't know how it all works and need some education. :)

I just posted a Thread about California delegates. But one way is to focus on states that allow delegates per congressional district. This is easier than statewide winner take all. We should still focus everywhere, but with states with rules like California we can have guaranteed delegates.
