Not true.

No candidate has any delegates from Iowa yet.

Read the comments to that post below it. They explain it pretty well. NO ONE has delegates from Iowa yet, different papers etc are estimating where they will go based on nothing. The green papers estimate is usually most reliable but delegates are not AT ALL related to the vote in Iowa, and our people are saying we are VERY well placed on delegates in Iowa. But they won't actually be awarded until the end of a long process early this summer.

Then why is this being published on CBS? To suppress and demoralize? is this legal for them to change it like that? What is being done about this? it's fraud basically then. Election fraud to influence and disenchant Ron paul voters.

If they r saying Ron paul only and specifically then I imagine there is an agenda. Tweet the author.

It is not fraud. It is a bunch of people going apeshit about nothing.

Even the other night, when CNN was posting the "running delegate count," it said right there on the screen that it was an estimate.

The mess seems to be over this: http://www.cbsnews.com/primary-election-results-2012/scorecard.shtml?party=R

Here's the thing. They even have Gingrich's delegate count wrong. He obtained 23 delegates by winning SC's 11 bonus delegates (to the statewide winner) and all but one district. The site has him at 17.

If you click and follow the link to SC, it is from yesterday, and says "Delegates = Estimated Delegate Count"

Let me click Iowa:

http://www.cbsnews.com/primary-election-results-2012/state.shtml?state=IA&tag=contentBody;delegateCounts

Delegates = Estimated Delegate Count

Yep it's there, too.

If people would read, they'd see it. It's been by every representation I've seen showing skewed delegate totals.

If you familiarize yourself with how the primaries work, you're less surprised and less wrapped up in "OMG will Ron get 3rd or 4th!?"

* * *

Gingrich = 23 from SC + 0 from NH + ??? from IA (to be determined) = 23
Romney = 2 from SC + 7 from NH + ??? from IA (to be determined) = 9
Ron Paul = 0 from SC + 3 from NH + ??? from IA (to be determined) = 3
John Huntsman = 0 from SC + 2 from NH + N/A from IA (Huntsman dropped out) = 2 unbound delegates
Rick Santorum = 0 from SC + 0 from NH + ??? from IA (to be determined) = ???

That's it. Two contests have awarded national delegates. Florida will award 50 more, so the winner will look like a total boss. Many people will, again, utterly panic.

What I don't understand is why did they take Paul's delegates away in this CBS link, but not Romney's or Santorum's? If nobody knows, then why are they making Paul look bad like he has no candidate in Iowa??? Coincidence? And what are they basing this estimation on?

They will - maybe we should repost your excellent post on the day of - titled DELEGATE COUNT INFORMATION - THE FACTS - to try and cut down on the election night panic attacks?

The media was given license to lie with impunity in 2003 (FL court case, fox was involved, google if you need to see it for yourself). What better way to agitate and demoralize the Paul supporters than to make them THINK the big bad GOP is going to deny RP his delegates?

Stop listening to the MSM. They're TRYING to get you wigging out so you'll come in here wigging out and then more RP supporters will start wigging out etc etc etc.

Stop letting them use you as their tool.

Seriously. Stop it.
