Time can easily slip by us. I looked at the calendar and January is almost over. Here in NY the GOP primary is April 24. February is less than 2 weeks away and I really would like to start pushing Paul in advance. It's been my experience that the more people keep seeing a candidate's name, the greater percentage of success.
I would like to start tabling and setting up either at a P.O. or supermarket. Also, spread some campaign signs at heavily trafficked areas. Don't have much $$ for supplies so I would unfortunately have to do a ChipIn. I absolutely HATE asking people for money - especially since times are tight for everyone and the campiagn needs donations as well. But I don't know how I will be able to afford it otherwise.
I was just wondering what people are going to do leading up to the caucus/ primary in their own state. We should all start out months in advance before the media and big money from other campaigns start taking over where we live.
No one talks about voter registration. Are people doing this? We should be doing that!. We're not getting any satisfaction from the MSM so maybe we need to focus on promoting Dr. Paul locally. Ads in our local papers, community outreach, local radio/tv., etc.
Any opinions?
