HOW MANY ONE ON ONE STATES DO WE HAVE AGAINST MITTENS WHERE FROTHY AND THE GRINCH WILL BE ABSENT ON THE BALLOT? IT SEEMS TO ME THAT AS LONG AS ROMNEY LOSES WE WIN SINCE EVENTUALLY IT HAS TO COME DOWN TO US. I DONT THINK FROTHY AND GRINCH CAN STAY IN THIS INDEFINITELY

sorry about the caps

The ones I know about our Missouri, Virginia and Ohio

http://i41.tinypic.com/w05hjt.jpg thanks that makes me feel a lot better. frothy has to drop out soon. and grinchy will be seriously hurt if he stays in by failing to be on all the ballots

What states? Anyone know? I haven't seen anything that adds up to 564.

I hope sanatorium/newt doesn't throw a hissy fit and they put them on the ballot anyway. You now the msm would pressure to put them on.

they are they will just say "oh they made it on time no worries. that was just a rumor that was going around"

I thought I read that Virginia doesn't allow write in's. Does that mean that only RP and robama split or is it winner take all or? Where to find this information. It would be somewhat re-assuring to know.

I read on DailyPaul that RevPac also said 500+ delegates. WTF Why doesn't anyone explain it? That's huge. The media only give a few states, and it doesn't add up.

I thought it was 2286, with 1144 required to win...

I read there are 564 delegates on Super Tuesday.

What are the chances both Santorum and the Grinch wouldn't be on the ballot for the same amount AND the number equals the amount on Super Tuesday?

I think what Doug meant not only the states these clowns aren't on the ballot for, but also in many caucus states as well where they simply aren't organized. You maybe able to skimp on organization in a primary but not in a caucus and not one where you don't get a year to live in a state like Iowa.

I just made this tonight to represent delegate visually:

They can't be accurate. Larry Sabato's page makes no mention of it at all, yet he talks about how he thinks it'll play out.

Can they still be written in though?

I doubt they could launch successful write-in campaigns in states where they couldn't even collect enough signatures to get on the ballots. Anything is possible, though.

Virginia looks like it will stay between Romney and Paul,
per judge ruling,
but these other states, including Missouri may still allow
Gingrich or Santorum on the ballot by judicial fiat.
