I think having one or more of the babies delivered by Dr. Paul appear on a commercial would help voters identify with Dr. Paul on a personal level. These "babies" are adults now, and maybe it could go something like:
" Dr. Ron Paul delivered me 25 years ago at xxx hospital. Today, Dr. Paul is attempting to deliver this country from the neoconservatives."
Cheesy, but probably effective.
