I think RP just coined a new phrase and I think it will serve us very well. It further buttresses that we are not the isolationists, the neocons are, I know it's simple, but I for some reason think it's a HUGE distinction

I liked the term, too. I believe Paul said it describes the "go-it-alone, don't talk to others" mentality of the current administration and other Republican candidates.
