He was a very articulate man. He possessed the unique ability in my opinion to convey why social programs that were labeled to be charitable in reality hurt those most whom were meant to be helped.

Socialism and marxism are catastrophic and failed constrcuts. 50 million dead under marxism/communism. Europe engulfed in current cultural marxism via govt. The u.s. in a similar boat with MSM media control. Neocons on the right. Marxo-fascists on the left. Fascism is the result of Socialism and marxism. Neither are good. Some relatives of mine lived through both and only survived because they escaped to the u.s. The murderous and real terrorist khazar-bolsheviks created the terms, fascism, racism, etc. to crush any uprising in russia when they took power. People need to know the true root of the problem.

Not only do you measure dead at their hands, how about the billions disenfranchised and made to live in squalor under communist systems around the world.
EDIT: lives over the course of modern history

Milton Friedman endorsing fascism is a bit of an exaggeration. Apparently Friedman provided economic advice to all governments that asked him for it, even socialist ones.

He provided Begin's government in ISrael with advice but certainly can't be blamed for them screwing it up.

With Hillary and the rest of the damned Socialist-Democraps arguing about who first was in favor of "Universal Health Care", what "Uncle Miltie" had to say back then rings true even more so today.

Can't ever go wrong with Uncle Milton. Capitolism and Freedom is one of my all time favorite books. Up there with Mises "Socialism" and Hayek's "Road to Serfdom".

"Free to Choose" did it for me.

Video: Liberty and Economics featuring Ron Paul, Mises, Hayek, Rothbard, and Rockwell

The Milton Friedman video inspired me to go hunting for other videos. This one is a great historical overview of Mises and Austrian Economics. Ron Paul was interviewed around the 13:00 mark. Lots of great footage for further videos. Enjoy!

It's a 10 part series from the '80s. I'd suggest watching the 30 min one first - it's very good.
