SOPA/PIPA was the big deal today. But, OPEN was introduced today.

Why is it slipping under the radar??

From what I gathered, it apparently targets the money sent to off-shore sites that deal with pirating. The MPAA is against the bill while Google and Facebook approve of it.

I wouldn't mind seeing what others think.

We need a restoration of copyright law to its original intent.

What we have now denies the right of the public domain which is the trade-off that the people get for respecting copyright at all.
