I was told that some of the videos from pre-1987 were "overwritten", and therefore are lost forever. I was told that this was likely the case with this video, since it isn't displaying on C-SPAN's website.

So, unless anyone has an idea as to where we can find this, i guess we will never get to see that epic speech.
