Is SOPA going to pass?

Can someone put this bill into layman's terms for me? Assume I know nothing about it. Also, is it expected to pass? Will Obama veto?

It has been put off. Like every other bill it will come back and eventually be passed when the focus is on something else.

won't pass in 2012, too risky for Obama (youth vote, tech money)

2013 is more dangerous. depends on the president and congress control.

if either big govt party controls all 3(house, senate, presidency) it will pass.
