View Full Version : Why Isn't Ron Paul in the Debate tonight?
I'm sorry; it's probably already been discussed, but I can't find it on here any place. Did they invite him and he couldn't make it or what's the real story?
Thanks.

He declined as he is not in South Carolina.

I'm sure we'll see Ron Paul's name come up as a way to attack him, us, and his views on drugs, foreign policy, 'terror', etc - with him not being there to defend himself.
Regardless, I agree with what others have said and the reasons. Even considering the above, I think it was a smart decision to not go.

It's not a debate so stop referring to it as one!
The candidates each get a certain amount of time to speak and then they answer a few (neo-con) questions, that's it.
