To all new donors: PLEASE, dig deep! Dig fast!

The campaign needed your donation a week ago ;)

Many of us "old timers" have already maxed out. This is Ron Paul's LAST run for president-- think about it. Ron Paul is all-in !! Lets do our best to be fiscally responsible yet also contribute as much as possible to the campaign. All-IN !!

Once maxed out to the campaign, start working on revolutionpac ! South Carolina is CRITICAL to the campaign's momentum. Nearly all of the other candidates have surged. RON PAUL needs to surge. The campaign is clearly doing the best they can to create a surge-- however, they need YOUR DONATIONS to make that happen.

They should've put this up Tuesday night.....

If they're smart they'll leave it up until the primary and set the new goal at 5 million. Just like they did after Tea Party 11.

That would be other than correct.

The donation limits are per cycle with a limit of 2500 for primary elections, and another 2500 for the general election. Should (God willing) Ron get the nomination, all limits would be reset to zero.

Does anyone remember 4 years ago's when the campaign started allowing people to donate an additional 2500 for the general?

No but it is an accounting hassle. Furthermore, it is sort of like taking on debt. If you don't make the general, you have to refund everyone immediately and then raise funds to cover your campaign debt. It makes more sense not allowing that unless you have the nomination locked up. Then you can open things up again.

The campaign had the old ticker up with a number around $6.1M but took it down right before midnight. I would like to know who much money the campaign has received in donations since then but before the today's money bomb. Santorum raised $3M fairly quickly after Iowa.

Santorum said he raised $3 million. Just like Ol' Herb Cain said he raised $8 million.

And we don't know how much Ron raised, and I think that's a good thing for now. No sense letting the opposition know our resources unless (like on moneybomb days) it is absolutely necessary.
