Someone just might think, "there he goes again." But, in this Presidential election year, there is something more important than the economy.

For many years, the elitist government and media has been dismantling the Constitutional rights of all the people, reserving them for themselves. In this election year, we the people have the opportunity to regain all the Constitutional rights for all the people, not just a select few. All we have to do is elect Ron Paul the next President of the United States.

The Federal Government has violated the Constitution time and time again, back as far as the early 1860s, when the Lincoln Administration changed our currency from gold and silver coins, as per the Constitution, and started printing paper money. That was the beginning of the destruction of the monetary system of the United States.

In 1913, the Federal Reserve was created, and the 16th Amendment was ratified, making it Constitutional and legal for the Federal Government to take money from your paycheck and your bank accounts, and pretty much whatever source they want to, and giving that money to the Federal Reserve so they can give that money to their friends around the world, courtesy of the American taxpayers. If there is a Ponzi scheme, that's it.

Today, the destruction of the American monetary system is just about complete. Unless we return to the Constitutional monetary system, it won't be long till it is complete, and the economy will come crashing down. And because everything in America has been purchased by Federal Reserve Notes, when it all collapses, they can take everything we own. Our cars, houses, etc. That is, if we don't resist. And that leads to eliminating our 2nd Amendment rights.

The 2nd Amendment gives the people the right to bear arms. The people who are not well armed will be sitting ducks when government agents come to confiscate their property. But, to be successful, they will have to disarm all Americans. So they have been passing every gun control law that they can. Slowly and meticulously our gun rights are being eliminated.

Then there is the Patriot Act which allows government agents to spy on all the American people. To search your home with a warrant. To tap your phone without a warrant. And recently, Barack Obama signed the National Defense Authorization Act into law. This allows the President to detain an American citizen in jail with no charges for an indefinite period of time.

We the people of the United States of America need to reclaim our Constitutional rights. The best way to do that is elect Ron Paul as President of the United States. No other candidate is talking about obeying the Constitution. No other candidate talks about fixing our monetary system. No other candidate has opposed the Patriot Act, or the NDAA.

If we get our Government to obey the Constitution, which they take an oath to do, the economy will get better and our rights will be restored. And the only candidate that will do that is Ron Paul. If we the people fail when we have such a golden opportunity, we have only ourselves to blame when the country collapses.
