View Full Version : **** TEA PARTY 2007 - FLASH BANNER AD (new stuff) ****

Hey guys,

I had already started a design for the TeaParty 2007 site, but the current design beat me to it! So I decided to take the existing "rolled page" look, combined my logo I created, and threw it into a banner storyboard idea. It is 1 banner, this shows the animation. (I am also a flash designer so I will be able to animate this as shown).

I really think it is important to have a strong look- so it really pops and gets more recognition. The fonts used I had purchased from Minuteman Press, so they are apparently real fonts used back in colonial times! Let me know what you guys think, this could be pasted all over- such as blogs, myspace, etc. etc. and will link to the official TeaPary07.com site.

Also, if this idea flies then anyone who has some extra bandwidth to host this idea, please P.M. me..

I think it's kinda big though, if you could offer smaller sizes too it'd be great.

For sure! This is the standard comp size to get approved first, then I can go in and build all the other sizes.

It would be good to make a few banners, in standard ad sizes.

I just thought I'd try whats there, if I'm stepping on anybodies toes I will remove this, just thought I'd see what it would look like. The speed and size could be changed.

These are all hot linked to www.teaparty07.com and can be copied and pasted into emails and stuff. If someone can get the emped code, I still don't have any success yet in doing that.

Slow it down, and then let it freeze when it rolls all the way up, and then after like 5 seconds of freeze, repeat.

haha nice Gif animation without using any of the photoshop layers. yeah that is how we will be doing it- just smoother with easing and what not in the Flash. i'm designing all the other sizes right now- so when thats done I will post them for all to see, and if everyone thinks we're good to go- i will begin flashing!

Let me know if anyone has any criticism. Also, i will get back to those who have contacted me re: hosting most likely by tonight.

I don't know how to freeze it. But it has the tparty site linked to it now.

Very nice. I have some open bandwidth on a Bluehost account I'm not doing much with right now. Might as well put it to good use. PM me if desired.
