I overheard some gop operatives types in the Capital Hill area of Washington DC the other night talking about Rubio as the VP. They were also talking about Ron Paul and what I overheard was only "everyone likes him but...." I didn't make out the rest, the tone was sympathetic though.

But I constantly heard his [Ron Paul] name being brought up. I am not the type to eavesdrop so I didn't really try to listen....the conversation turned to Rubio as VP, probably Rubio etc...

its a positive that this was mentioned. maybe as a trial balloon.

shows how desperate the elites are.

if their negotiations begin with that, then they do fear Ron. a month ago they wouldn't even consider a convention speech, now the vice presidency is being offered.

If Romney does get it, you can bet the farm that he will not even offer for Ron Paul to be a Vice because of how big a threat he is to the Status Quo.
