These polls are just tools for the media to ensure that they have something to talk about everyday all of the time. Historically, people who are front runners in the polls hardly ever win.

Think Howard Dean in 2004

He was pretty much annointed up until he did something stupid, and his support dwindled, proof that he never had any support in the first place. Kerry who was polling at 5% picked up the nom.

Think Bob Dole in 96

Everyone said that he would defeat clinton.

Think Clinton in 92

A little known politician from arkansas who was polling very low stole this one

Think Jimmy Carter in 76

He was the true under dog wild card, no one thought that he had a snowballs chance.

Theres a strong history of people who are predicted to win via opinion polls, never win, and those that are deemed to have no chance, steal the election. When are the American people going to realize this?

I predict it will be neither Giuliani nor Clinton.

It's going to be RON PAUL and someone other than hillary.

If you have any instances in history to add either enboldening or contradicting me let's see em!

hmm if pollsters take a lot of pride in the accuracy of their polling formulas then how are they wrong so much?

John Kerry had 7% before NH Primary, then he won it. Go figure.

hmm but that was the democratic party. Can a GOP pull it off? I know his numbers will go up
