This incident took place in LA, CA. But it is still pertinent to the situation and how many blacks are unfairly treated by the law. Could he use this as an example to garner support in SC. Basically what happened was a police officer, being unprovoked punched a mentally ill black woman in the face for not getting off the bus because of her pillows. Quite disgusting.
