Sheriff Mack was invited to Elkhart County IN on tuesday by Sheriff Brad Rogers, and we had a Ron Paul table set up at the event! Around 450 people showed up to hear him speak, a usual meeting at this Tea Party only has around 20-30. We had alot of different slim jims, cards, and ballot access signature forms. It was amazing seeing dozens of people in Ron Paul shirts show up to hear Sheriff Mack, I think some of the "tea party" members were shocked. Many amish families showed up to hear him speak as well, and believe me, it is hard to get them, involved politically. Sadly, someone set up another table and brought super brochures, and 9/11 truther stuff. I hid it. :D I believe a former libertarian presidential candidate was there, as well as Rupert from Survivor, who is running for Indiana Governor. All in all, it was a nice way to spend a night, it made me a little less nervous about NH.

Sorry, no photos. I was running Sheriff Mack's book table all night.

So the 9/11 truthers are buying the 'super vote losers' and putting Paul and 9/11 materials together? what kind of idiots are these people? I know there are some supporters that are 9/11 truthers and it is just fine, but my goodness people get half a clue about your target audience.

Great work Indiana.

Curious, what's Mack's position on the drug war? Does he advise Sheriffs to stop enforcing non-violent drug laws?

Just met another truther in my office about 5 minutes ago. He's from NV and I asked him to caucus for Dr. Paul. He said he would. I told him the campaign wasn't talking openly about 9/11 stuff and concentrate on the policies. He looked at me funny -- then shook his head yes, "Yeah, okay, I see."

I hope he sees! I hope he caucuses!
Is there a place we can turn in Ron Paul supporters Name and phone number to be sure they are on that state's calling list?

Also +1 for OP --- as I think WE ALL SHOULD WORK WITHIN TEA PARTY ORGANIZATIONS -- I am!

He advises them to follow only Constitutional laws, so if the state has drug laws, they should enforce them. Federal laws, no.

Some of these truthers need to learn something called "people skills." There's a time and a place for this stuff and this isn't one of them.

If you're representing Ron Paul and say "Inside Job," not only will the person's mind close shut and block you out, you've just poisoned the well.

I have a very close personal friend who's a Ron Paul supporter and a Truther. Love the guy to death but he thinks by shouting from the top of the hills about this stuff and being "in your face" he's doing a service by "waking people up." I've gotten him to cool down somewhat at least.

Sherriff Mack is supposedly going to be challenging Lamar "SOPA Author" Smith in a primary.

Any new word on this?

Who do you think is funding the superbrochure? The political geniuses who ignore the advice of the campaign hand them out with 9/11 truth literature and using Ron's name to do it.

You just made my cool book.

I'm all for a more indepth investigation, and getting intelligence documents released. I am NOT for people running around in Ron Paul gear, promoting Ron Paul, and screaming the US government committed 9/11. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, and has the right to call for full disclosure on information. However, to use Ron Paul's candidacy as a platform to try to get your personal message out, not caring if you damage Paul's campaign while doing it, is selfish. And while I don't advocate telling people they shouldn't excercise their right to free speech, I do advocate using a brain cell or two.

Some people would say this is a wrong outlook. Well, I only need point you to the OWS protests. They had a good message, but it was lost thanks to the people there preaching hate to Jews, Communism, Socialism, race wars, ect.

Truthers who exploit Ron Paul to push their agenda are the worst. STOP DOING THAT.
