I doubt much are held by Iran, I would think the majority are held by Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar.

Iran's total Foreign Exchange Resrves (which includes not just US Treasuries but all other foreign currency holdings as well) total $75 billion. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_foreign-exchange_reserves and I doubt that US Treasuries comprise even very much of that total. Total outstanding US Treasuries are now over $15 trillion so even if all of their foreign currency reserves were in US Treasuries (which they aren't), they still would not have any significant amount of them.

China, for comparison, has over $3 trillion in foreign currency holdings and over $1 trillion of that is in US Treasuries (7.3% of all US Treasuries).
